Todd "Scavenger" Kogutt is an important figure in the history of the LNH. He sent out the call after the Two-and-a-Half Month Gap that pulled the remaining LNH Writers back together after a summer of inactivity. If this hadn't happened, the LNH could have been a one-thread wonder, ending after the Cosmic Plot Device Caper.

Rebel Yell was his Writer Character, as were Plot King, List Lad and Allusion Lad. He created the Writer Character/Non-Writer Character terms, made the LNH logo that this site uses, and wrote 501 Blues. He drifted away from LNH after a while, but pitched in on worldbuilding for the Crossroads imprint.
