History
Atom Jim was a member of the Society of Wireless Heroes, which, in the Looniverse, faded out during the '50s. In the Gooniverse, they kept going into at least the '90s, when Dvandom Force crossed over and everyone had a ridiculous and goofy time.

Doesn't talk other than his catchphrase. Based on Little Jim from The Goon Show.
