Halls Jordan and Cliche Dude was a Classic LNH series written by Jef Kolodziej. Neatly enough, it starred Halls Jordan and Cliche Dude.
There was a two-issue miniseries, and then a five-issue ongoing where the first three issues were part of Electrocutioner's Song. Complicated, innit?
