The Looniverse is full of Plot Devices, and there is one entity who watches over them all: the Godmaker. He holds mystic artifacts in his keeping which have the power to disrupt the balance of the Looniverse. One of these, the Clogs of Comedy, was stolen from him by Baby Pain, threatening to plunge the Looniverse into endless Drama.
