Summary
It is perhaps best described as "A lunatic robot, a man in spandex who has been cursed by a demon obsessed with the Seventies, a man dressed like a squealing flying rodent, and several other deranged people bounce off of the walls."

The series can be read on the Eyrie Archive [[1]]. In addition to twenty-one issues, a zero issue, and an Annual, there was a two-issue limited series titled Swords Through the Looniverse.
