History
One day, there was a man who realized that, as new net.villains rose, day after day, year after year, there would be a day when all the good villain names were taken! On that day, he vowed to take up the name of Doctor Glockenspiel!
During the Infinite Leadership Crisis, he showed up repeatedly, fixated on battling the leader of the LNH. He was repeatedly defeated and put in the LNHQ's holding cells.
It's unknown whether he actually has a doctorate, or just likes the consonance of "Dock-tor Glock-enspiel".
Personality
Bombastic, with many dramatic poses, and always trying to exude an air of net.villainous menace.
