History
Damian rolled into Net.ropolis-Y on the foot of a truck driver, looking for trouble and humans to corrupt. He found TJ, a desperate young man turned mugger,
Martin ripped him apart, and freed from the sock's infernal control, TJ set the ragged pieces of his body on fire.

Powers and Abilities
Can influence the minds of humans in small ways, but can fully control the minds of those who wear him on their feet. Has some level of mind-reading abilities, which compliment this.
Has various occult abilities, including the ability to empower his human mounts, and rituals that... well, ew.
