History

In the post-World War II era, Dustbinman was a member of the Society of Wireless Heroes, a somewhat hapless UK-based net.hero team. By the late '50s, they'd mostly fizzled out, but on Earth-Goon, they kept going into the '90s, when Mister Macro crossed worlds, etc., look, read the "Crisis on Earth-Goon" arc of Dvandom Force, it's really good and Dustbinman is a funny idiot in it.

Later on, the Gooniverse was invaded by extradimensional Spham, and Dustbinman ended up eating all of it, leading the Society to go on a mission to find the Interdimensional Digestive Biscuit to settle his stomach.

Personality

Well-meaning but incredibly stupid. Based on The Famous Eccles. Friends with Blue Bottle.

Powers and Abilities

No abilities whatsoever. Wields the DustGun.

Appearance

Tall and ragged young adult with string for knees, wearing a plasticene Trilby hat, a leather gramophone, and titanium steel socks with the image of a dustbin engraved on them. Possibly human.
