One of those "universe of evil twins" deals. The Evilverse Legion tried to invade Looniverse-A and replace the main LNH during Infinite April.

Cannon Fodder destroyed this universe and all its inhabitants to stop the Xinerama Brotherhood, but they were all jerks anyway.
