During the Infinite Leadership Crisis, the leader of the LNH disappeared at the end of each day in April. Unfortunately, April kept going long after the 30th. All in all, there were 465 days in April 2007.
58.5 takes place exclusively during this period; the title refers to the number of weeks between April 56th, when the New Misfits came to Looniverse-A, and April 465th.
