The Internet RACelestial Complex is a place where RACelestials gather for reasons unknown and, most likely, unknowable. Enterprising spacefarers built an enormous tourist hub around them, home to carnival games, theme park rides and other attractions. Many different kinds of aliens and cosmic beings such as Elders of the Looniverse can be seen visiting there.
Most of the RACelestials ignore the existence of the hub, but Eagalon the Questioner sometimes held trivia games there.
