History
In 1995, Bob Melwizcht was rescued by Captain Killfile. In 1999, he saw her betrayal, and found the sword that had abandoned her.
He grew up knowing that power could be used well and used poorly, that the same person could have deep strengths and fatal flaws. He created a newsblog known as The Exclaimer to act as a check on the powerful.
Personality
Deeply cares about Netropolis and the net.heroes.
Has an almost hipsterish dedication to the aesthetic of the nard-nosed no-nonsense newspaper editor.
