Not to be confused with Hooded Ho`'od Win; there is some undetermined connection between the two of them, as well as, presumably, Hooded Ho`'od Win Jr. of the Junior Brotherhood of Net.Villains.

Able to pit hero against hero; may or may not have the same immunities and restrictions as Hooded Ho`'od Win.

Wears non-form-fitting cloak with all-concealing hood.
