History
The first sidekick of Golden Age Very-Disturbed-Scary-Creature Man. Something terrible happened to him that ended with him becoming a vampire as a teenager.
Long after the Golden Age, he returned, subconsciously guided by his mentor's ghost who was living inside the Mantle of Pluto, to try and pull Sexy-Disturbed-Sparkly-Vampire Man out of his depression fugue and push him into being a better hero. He's making steady progress on this, though he's not always happy with it.
Personality
Kinda snotty, a little self-important, and carries around a lot of frustration from having been a teenager for decades. But he genuinely cares about SDSVM and takes his sidekicking role seriously. Loves existentialist literature.
Powers and Abilities
Presumably good at fighting and acrobatics. A slightly better detective than his nominal mentor.
