Shortly after the passage of the Net.ahuman Responsibility Act, a mysterious force started beaming slash fiction about members of the Legion of Net.Heroes into the brains of everyone in the LNHHQ. When Senses Lass and Psionic Lad investigated, it turned out to be Nicholas Boltner, an untrained telepath living in the Mutant Town neighborhood of Net.ropolis, who didn't even realize he was doing it.
