History

Original

In the original, now-Elsewhirled Teenfactor series, Gerald Brown, who also used the alias Gerald Ford (no relation), was the government operative in charge of the Teenfactor program. Before that he had been a foster parent to Sarah Brown, otherwise known as Pearly White, and the team helped her reunite with him. But their reunion was cut short when Janis Kult attacked the Teenfactor HQ seeking revenge on Voidmaster, killing Gerald.

Revised

In the first issue of the abandoned New Teenfactor series, Teenfactor's Gerald Ford was the same as the ex-president. When the Legion fought a horde of zombie presidents, the survivors of Teenfactor joined together to fight the undead Gerald. How, if at all, this fits with his previously-established history with Pearly White is unknown.

Personality

Hapless and schlubby. He was a good father to Sarah, though.
