History
According to creator Mitchell Crouch,
- Obsessive-Compulsive Boy was just a wandering nutter of a character I had in a role-playing game with some friends. When Contempo Weapons Lad also came into the story, I got frustrated by the slow movingness of my friends, so I paired them up and had them burn up the entire campaign. God, my friends must hate me.
Obsessive-Compulsive Boy sought out Contempo Weapons Lad during a particularly vulnerable period in the latter hero's life (immediately following the demise of his friends in the "Super Duper Awesome Team Force Go" arc of Alt.stralian Yarns.). Despite the best efforts of Contempo Weapons Lad, Obsessive-Compulsive Boy became his sidekick, and the two became an inseparable team.
- Contempo Weapons Lad gripped his head between his hands, his mouth open in a silent scream. Because instinctively, he knew, on a gut level, that he was now stuck with Obsessive-Compulsive Boy. For a long, long time to come. Well, actually just seven months. But that's a long, long time with Obsessive-Compulsive Boy, yeah? Yeah.

Alongside Contempo Weapons Lad, Obsessive Compulsive Boy fought the Silly Lizard and single-handedly defeated Lord Smokey. Together with Team Q, he battled the terrible Turtles of Apocalyptic Proportions.
Shipped in a crate to the Usenetted States, Obsessive Compulsive Boy traveled with the LNH to the Ultimate Black Hole to defeat the Legion of Net.Villains during Beige Countdown.
Personality

Obsessive-Compulsive Boy doesn't really consider the villains he fights enemies, and would probably send them a Christmas card if he could.
Powers and Abilities
Obsessive-Compulsive Boy has the unique ability to make people behave in a comical manner when annoyed, and to do whatever he wanted them to just to make him stop being "annoying, so bloody annoying!"
- "-but you could be, and if you were, if you are, like, a drug lord, a bad guy drug lord, or any kind of bad guy, really, doesn't have to be a drug lord, oh, heavens, no, just any sort of bad guy, you really ought to hand yourself into the police, so you don't get in trouble like the bad guy drug lords on TV, who don't hand themselves in, you know the ones, the ones who—"
- "Shut up!" screamed Lord Smokey. "Just shut up! I'll do it, okay?! I'll hand myself in to the damn authorities, just shut the heck up and leave me alone, okay?!"

Appearance
A young boy, of only about 12 or 13, whose costume features ghastly patterns formed from bright blues, greens and pinks, with a large yellow smiley face on the chest.
Young and somewhat whiny, Obsessive Compulsive Boy seems driven to repeat himself in his speech. He also engages in other repetitive activities, such as brushing his teeth, regardless of what else he happens to be doing at the time.
- Obsessive-Compulsive Boy scoffed. Finding that he quite liked the noise it made, he scoffed again. His eyes shining with incalculable joy, he scoffed again and again until he hyperventilated.

Relationships
Obsessive Compulsive Boy is the sidekick of Contempo Weapons Lad. Although Contempo Weapons Lad's treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Boy is not exactly gentle, he genuinely cares for the boy, and will go to great lengths (using as much violence as is humanly possible) in order to protect him.
