History

William Trouser became Police Chief of Net.ropolis after many others in the position had been driven away or driven crazy by the weirdness and the net.heroes. However, the thing that ended up getting to him was corruption within the force itself; after trying for years to reform the system, he walked away, though not without taking down a giant robot first.
