History
Steven Walsh was a scientist from the Raiders Universe who, along with Roy Tanner, tried to recreate the magickal epiphany that had empowered Tymythy Twystyd. The experiment gave him omniscience, but went wrong and stranded him in the Looniverse's dreamland. The dreamworld of Harnegu was formed from his mind, and he was transformed into its guardian – the VAXX.
The VAXX first showed up in the waking world to protect Roy's daughter, Rotanna from the Sphammer minions of Mr. Gain. He was drawn to her through her own link to Harnegu,<Kooks of Magic>
He joined Anna on Dvandom Force, and fought alongside them against The Warlord and the Century Pact. He accompanied Anna into the depths of the Dream Court's lands when she sought their aid to counteract the threat of the Death Duck.
Personality
In the waking world, all the knowledge that crowded the VAXX's head made it hard for him to think coherently. He came across as loopy, childlike and violent. In the dream world, he was paradoxically much more lucid, coming across as wise and serene.
Powers and Abilities
Omniscient. (Though he only knows that he knows everything in a dream state.) Possesses superhuman strength.
Appearance
A huge, distorted, muscular figure with a CRT monitor for a head. In the dream world, he could remove the monitor, showing Steven Walsh's true face.
Context
A parody of Sam Keith and William Messner-Loebs's The Maxx.
