President Evil was a Chaotic Add-On Cascade started by Jamie Rosen, in order to resolve the question of the true nature of the President of the Loonited States of Ame.rec.a!

Backstory

After the 2000 American presidential election, different Writers had different opinions on how to approach the issue in-story. Some had referred to Hexadecimal Luthor, in a parody of DC's then-current President Luthor story, while others had referenced the real-world George W. Bush.

Plot

<fill in more on re-read>

It was also a loose parody of Resident Evil], with the Random Heroes along for the ride.

There were four issues written by Jamie Rosen and Mike Friedman in 2002-3. Later in 2006, Jeanne Morningstar tried to pick up the cascade for one issue, which introduced the Random Villains and Forgotten Gal.

Legacy

It became one of the LNH's many unfinished cascades, and Saxon Brenton wound up fixing that plot thread in Limp-Asparagus Lad #45. Later on WikiLull was in part about the 2016 presidential election, the consequences thereof, and the status of the Looniverse's presidency, making this yet another story that it's a pseudo-sequel to.
