The Silver City is a great metropolis which completely overlays the surface of an unnamed planet, populated entirely by a race of giant robots and defended by the heroes known as the Solar Sails.
Kid Enthusiastic and Like Rouge visited there in search of the Atavist of Earth. Though they were able to help the Solar Sails stop their rampaging enemies, they weren't able to keep Baron MacNottherealvillain from absconding with the prize.
