Shares some sort of bizarre brother-like relationship with Captain Napalm. Whether they are actually related or not is unrevealed.

Half of a duo with essentially the same personality. He and Captain Napalm speak to each other like Heckel and Jeckel.

Impervious to flame, flight. Might be some sort of symbiotic absorption that powers Captain Napalm. Or not.
Appearance
Green coveralls with half-cowl that matches Captain Napalm's in design if not color. Chest insignia is a flame in a red circle-with-slash logo.
