Mentioned in the first ever LNH post, the Dunce Circle were a shadowy organization whose members believed that their way was the only way and nobody else could ever possibly be right.
They attempted to capture and clone CAPTAIN CAPITALIZE on the mistaken belief that his powers would help them capitalize on trends; Ultimate Ninja then sent Ven-Dorr to infiltrate their organization.
