History
Long ago, a cosmic being known as Yououghtto, The Looker swore an oath with the Living Moderator, to seal away Defacto and E.R.N.I.E.. As part of his oath, he was sealed away within a dome in the Gray Area of the Moon. However, Defacto escaped his imprisonment; but the Looker was still bound...
In-story, the Looker first showed up as the guardian of the Ring of Retcon. He gave it to the Time Crapper to counterbalance the Cosmic Plot Device that had fallen into the hands of Y-Plex Burp; both were lost in the battle.
