President Evil was a Chaotic Add-On Cascade started by Jamie Rosen, in order to resolve the question of the true nature of the President of the Loonited States of Ame.rec.a!

There were four issues written by Jamie Rosen and Mike Friedman in 2002-3. In 2006, Jeanne Morningstar tried to pick up the cascade for one issue, which introduced the Random Villains and Forgotten Gal. Years and years later, just before the 2020 election, Jeanne came back and finished it up.

Backstory

After the 2000 American presidential election, different Writers had different opinions on how to approach the issue in-story. Some had referred to Hexadecimal Luthor, in a parody of DC's then-current President Luthor story, while others had referenced the real-world George W. Bush.

Plot

The Raincoat Corporation has unleashed the power of the W Force! Pregnant Chad heads to RACCoon City and destiny! The Random Heroes and Forgotten Gal clash with the Random Villains! There's a little girl who's an AI, apparently? Zombie... senior citizens?? Ralph Nadir???

...all this, and much more! Arguably too much more!!

In addition to riffing on the 2000 election, President Evil was also a loose parody of Resident Evil. Later issues also added a parody of Apocalypse Now.

Legacy

President Evil became one of the LNH's many unfinished cascades, and Saxon Brenton wound up fixing that plot thread in Limp-Asparagus Lad #45.

Later on, WikiLull was in part about the 2016 presidential election, the consequences thereof, and the status of the Looniverse's presidency, making this yet another story that it's a pseudo-sequel to; the end of President Evil was the WikiLull Pre-Final Epilogue. Ironically, the Presidential mixup repeated itself, with Arthur Spitzer posting a story about the presidential status quo that contradicted the written-but-not-posted ending of WikiLull; this ended up being part of the impetus for Hungry, Hungry Sabertooths!.
