History
Ellipses King showed up, placing ...s between phrases and ....s at the end of sentences. Then Ultimate Ninja stabbed him, because someone had posted a comics-for-sale ad on rec.arts.comics. (He was extremely bad at controlling his anger in those days.)
He returned from the dead, revealing that he was, in fact, a full-fledged Punctuation net.elemental. Lord Ebon took mystical control of him, but the Secret Dvanders destroyed his body and freed him from that control.
Personality
Not much of one, really; obsessed with adding ellipses to sentences.
Powers and Abilities
Control over the net.element of Keystroke, in its aspect as Punctuation.

A humanoid form made of swirling punctuation.
