History
After an especially bad week, Doctor Bad-Bedside-Manner joined the LNH, basically for grins. While Decibel Dude was around, he worked as DD's personal physician, but has moved on to providing mildly sadistic medical care to the LNH as a whole.

Absolutely awful at making people feel reassured or comfortable.
