History
Was "conditioned" by S.C.U.D. with permanent collar, a bioplastic suit which can melt into his skin [ewww!] and cybernetic eye implants which glow red in the dark.
Personality
When all else fails, Dog Boy will attack in a psychotic fit, tearing and shedding anything in his path.
Powers and Abilities
Can morph into any form of dog at will. Has heightened senses plus a lassie sense. Carries an expandable metal staff that separates into nunchucks.
