Doug Moran

Doug Moran was one of the many writers of the Cosmic Plot Device Caper, creating Irony Man.

The Looniverse version of Doug Moran was the other Irony Man, a contemporary of Toony Stork's who, ironically, invented the technology at the exact same time he did. They shared the role up until Beige Noon, when Toony took over full time.
