History

Attempted to join the LNH in 1995, but was rejected due to being "too annoying". Formed the R.E.J.E.C.T.S. with GirlWatcher, Ugly Girl, Retcon Roy, and Omnipotent Man.

Melodramatic, naturally. Talks in a (bad) imitation of Shakespeare.

Can make long-winded melodramatic speeches, with effects including inspiring his teammates and boring his enemies.

Dressed as a stereotypical Shakespearian character, including a foppish purple hat with a white feather in it.

Once loved a girl named Juliet Walker, but she died shortly after he joined the R.E.J.E.C.T.S..
