Lord MUDD is the personification of an aspect of reality. He represents the use of the Internet for play, recreation and time-wasting purposes. He was created by Dave Van Domelen.
He interfaces with reality through MU* and IRC syntax, and has the powers of a moderator.
History
Lord MUDD has not intervened in Looniverse history nearly as much as his opposite number and nemesis Master Workload – largely because the state of the Looniverse, as a fun, playful setting, is exactly how he'd want it. He did, however, show up during Looniverse Adrift! to disrupt Workload's schemes.
He later manifested during the Grand Tour, where he came to Team M.E.C.H.A.'s aid and used his powers to save the Mighty Muddy Power Grangers.
