Doctor Turn On-Tune In-Drop Out (or Dr. TO-TI-DO, as he's often called) was a member of the Legion of Net.Hippies during the '60s and early '70s. He invented the Electric Kool-Aid Flight.thingee based on Kid Kesey's Electric Kool-Aid.
During Just Another Multi-Writer Cascade That Will Probably Never Have an Ending, he came through the Time Door with Anti-Christ Lad and Burning Bra Lass to visit the modern-day LNH and ended up helping in the battle against LAN.os.
