Personality
Smooth-talking and gives off an air of sophistication, which is oft immediately undercut by his own incompetence and/or foolishness. Would be the brains of the pair if they had any.
Based on Peter Sellers's performance as the character of Hercules Grytpype-Thynne on 1950s British comedy radio programme The Goon Show.
Powers and Abilities
Criminal mastermind(?) and devious(?!) planner(!?!).
Appearance
Wears a black stormtrooper's uniform with a red pound sign over his heart, along with a sabre at his side, whose guard is painted in red to look like a pence symbol.
