History
During the Robot Invasion, the MAC Empire's mad scientist Firebrand built a dirtbike-based robot to serve as his assisant – ATV Frank. Because he'd been built in the Looniverse, ATV Frank wasn't shunted back to the RoboMACs reality by the plot device that ended the Robot Invasion, and made his own fitful attempts to conquer the world. He tried to brainwash some humans to do his bidding, but was defeated by Sidewinder, who'd wandered out of the main plot.
He then got pressed into service by DeFacto V to carry out his will during the Grand Tour – but was secretly reporting to Firebrand and aiding him in his space bridge plot as well.
After DeFacto V was defeated, he was captured by Dvandom Force and ended up working for them, helping out Shane Boxer on his quest to become a Hackemon master. As he has not been heard from since, he presumably works with Dvandom Force to this day.
Personality
Perpetual minion and butt monkey. Always ends up carrying out someone else's orders, whoever that may be.
Powers and Abilities
Not as powerful as a "real" RoboMAC, but his smaller size and stealthy nature can make him an unexpected threat. Limited ability to brainwash people.
Appearance

Context
As Firebrand was based on Mystery Science Theater 3000's Doctor Clayton Forrester, ATV Frank is based on his lackey TV's Frank, with a nod to the They Might Be Giants song Dirt Bike.
