History

Rumor Monger's history and how he got his powers are unknown, though (of course) there are many rumors. He is a longtime member of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains, though sometimes he pops into the LNHQ to spread rumors there.

He joined Mister Homage's East Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains, and when Mistake merged the Brotherhoods, came along to the Uprising of Net.Villains.

Personality

Rumor Monger loves to spread rumors (which are sometimes true and sometimes completely off base).

He enjoys sneaking up on people and causing various kinds of trouble, but isn't particularly into the "destroying the LNH" thing. He's got a certain streak of masochism.

Powers and Abilities

He deftly spreads scurrilous rumors. He can hear gossip even thru soundproof walls.

Appearance

Rumor Monger has a rasping Peter Lorre-ish voice.

Relationships

He's been a foe of Obscure Trivia Lad since the "Cable-is-Nathan-Summers" rumor.
