History
Amnesia is a plot device come to life. He's an old foe of Obscure Trivia Lad and Kid Recap. He's been a recurring member of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains.
During Infinite April, he created a temporal barrier that caused anyone who time-traveled past it to forget everything. This, as you may expect, caused a lot of problems, including for him.
When the West Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains came together, he joined up, but wandered away from the directionless team before the Crime Empress took over.
