History

Doctor Stomper's worst student, he took the name of Doctor F after Dr. Stomper gave him a failing grade, and has attacked Dr. Stomper annually ever since. One of these attacks involved the formation of the Union of the Useless and the freeing of Senses Lass.

Personality

Not all that bright, and tends to leap into situations unprepared as a result. Somewhat obsessed with the letter F.

Some level of gadgeteering knowledge. Can somehow convince other net.villains to team up with him.
