History

The Phantom Raspberry Blower of Olde Net.ropolis Towne was one of Net.ropolis's quaint urban legends – or so it seemed! For lurking in the neighborhood of Shimbleshanks was an unearthly being who fed on fear! But it got a meal it had not bargained for when Retcon Lad, Fourth Wall Lass, Anal-Retentive Archive Kid and Chinese Guy were drawn into its depths alongside Lenny the Squirrel and Harris the Kiwi!

A singleminded malevolent intelligence bent on using the horror genre to consume its victims.

Powers and Abilities

Can manipulate space and reality through strange and eldritch power. Feeds on fear.

Appearance

Usually presents as a melodramatically shadowed figure in a top hat and cape. Its true form is a squamous, tentacled thing.
