After the Legion of Net.Villains broke up in Beige Midnight, two new versions of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains formed – an East Coast branch and a West Coast branch. (Or so it seemed...)
The West Coast branch was based in Web Surf City, formed by a bunch of net.villains who were looking for someone to follow. After going through several leaders and membership changes, the Crime Empress took over, building them into a focused crime cabal. But she had greater plans, becoming part of the Trans-Pacific Plunderbund, and these lead to the events of Hungry, Hungry Sabertooths!...
