Ted Brock is a Writer who has come and gone, come and gone, come and gone, and one day, hopefully, shall come again! He has also been known as Arsenal and The Lone Warrior.

Ted started on RACC with the original Starfall imprint. His first LNH story was Johnny Fearless, a noirish tale featuring the titular reporter; from there, he moved to the ongoing a.outSiders, about a team of outlaw net.heroes framed for a crime they didn't commit, and dipped his toes into the RACCCafe. In Birth of a Villain, he introduced Twaelia Brock, his character from the storytelling universe of alt.barney.dinosaur.die.die.die (yep, that was very much a thing – he wrote many stories for it and even cameoed the Dvandom Stranger). But afterwards, the Apathy Beast hit him hard, and he fell away from RACC.

He came back a couple years later, coming back to Starfall and writing Master Blaster and Future Girl (co-starring Twaelia), participating in Bride of C'thulhu, and creating a new version of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains... before being caught by the Beast again, this time for longer.

But in 2010, he returned once more! He rebooted Starfall with a slate of new titles and started interacting intensely with the group! This was quite successful for a couple years... and then he disappeared again. But his legacy is remembered, and if he returns again, he will have a home!

His old LNH website, improbably, still exists, tho it was already outdated by the time Birth of a Villain began.
