History
Amnesia is a plot device come to life. He's an old foe of Obscure Trivia Lad and Kid Recap. He's been a recurring member of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains.
During Infinite April, he created a temporal barrier that caused anyone who time-traveled past it to forget everything. During Beige Midnight, this (as you may expect) caused a lot of problems, including for Amnesia, as he and Hex Luthor teamed up with a squad of LNHers to travel back in time and stop Bart the Dark Receptionist. In the end, he and Hex betrayed their allies, but ended up stuck in the Cretaceous.
After Beige Midnight, he was returned to the present. When the West Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains came together, he joined up, but wandered away from the directionless team before the Crime Empress took over.
Personality
Not well-defined. Seems to be a pragmatist. Has kind of a spotty memory, due to various times net.heroes have caused his power to backfire on him.
Powers and Abilities
To make people forget stuff.
Appearance
Never described.
