After Beige Midnight, the Brotherhood of Net.Villains split into two factions – a West Coast branch, and an East Coast branch. (Or so it seemed...) The East Coast branch is run by Mister Homage.

While the West Coast branch was taken over by the Crime Empress and became part of the Trans-Pacific Plunderbund, the East Coast branch stagnated and lost most of its members. Recently, however, Mr. Homage has changed significantly, gaining a new sense of purpose, and has now begun recruiting new members and drawing up plans against the West Coast Brotherhood and the LNH...

They're headquartered in an abandoned shopping mall in West Virginia, and hold their meetings in a former Hot Topic.
