East Coast Brotherhood of Net.Villains

After Beige Midnight, the Brotherhood of Net.Villains split into two factions – a West Coast branch, and an East Coast branch. (Or so it seemed...) The East Coast branch was run by Mister Homage.

After the West Coast branch was taken over by the Crime Empress and became part of the Trans-Pacific Plunderbund, the East Coast branch stagnated and lost most of its members. But then, all of a sudden Mr. Homage has changed significantly, gaining a new sense of purpose, and began recruiting new members and drawing up plans against the West Coast Brotherhood and the LNH. This lead to the events of Hungry, Hungry Sabertooths!...

They were headquartered in an abandoned shopping mall in West Virginia, and held their meetings in a former Hot Topic.
