History
One Halloween night, Scary Ghost Lass came trick-or-treating to the LNHQ, and told Marvel Zombie Lad she wanted to join the LNH. He allowed her to pass out Halloween candy, which she dutifully did even while he was being mauled by Ben Stein's Monster. Then she made Skeleton Key explode.

After her journey through Net.Hell and resurrection, she gained powers over fear, drawing on the power of the creepy little girl horror movie archetype. She also seems to have some kind of ability to identify souls, and was able to tell that two different versions of Anti-Christ Lad were the same person.
She's able to haunt LNHQ while also being elsewhere, due to its multidimensional spaces being where she died.
