Thoughtful, but not insightful. Usually wrapped up in his ideas and a bit out of touch with reality.
History
Joined the LNH during Jungle Cheesecake. Theory Man was also part of the strike force sent to stop Flashback in Flame Wars III.
Appearance
Several shades of blue and a bit of white trim. No mask, no cape.
