During the plot against the 2004 RACCies, Manga Man Black (or possibly Manga Man Gold) captured teams of LNHers that had been sent to investigate disturbances on other newsgroups and replaced them with Manga Man's Evil Robot Duplicates, in an attempt to usurp the leadership of the LNH.

Due to his powers, Ubiquitous Boy Lad Jr. was able to take control of his robotic self. Firewire destroyed several of the other duplicates, and the rest were defeated offscreen just before the climax of the story.
