The Sig.Force is a comic power associated with .sig files and often wielded by legendary heroes. It once inhabited The Warlord, then passed on to Sig.Lad.
During the X-Post Facto storyline...
sig.ma, the new avatar of the Sig.Force, became the keeper of the balance between Master Workload and Lord MUDD, replacing the Multi-Tasker and ensuring that Workload could no longer act directly against the Loonivearth.
Since then, he has appeared at events of cosmic significance, such as the birth of the Mechanical Author and the Simplicity singularity.
