History
A member of the Brotherhood of Net.Villains from as far back as Cry.Sig, Romantic Innuendo was feared by many a solo superhero.
During The Flame Wars, his powers caused a great deal of chaos among the LNH's ranks even weeks after he himself was no longer around (California Kid and Catalyst Lass would still like to punch him in the face).
At some point, he went in for psychiatric therapy, but his therapist, Juliet Valentino, stole his powers and became Romantic Innuendo II.
Personality
Sincere. Goofy, but sincere. Cheerfully creates chaos wherever he goes. You'd never guess he was created by wReam, would you? =)

Able to pair up men and women and cause them to feel romantically toward one another.
Appearance
Obese. Tries to dress up like Don Juan, but fails miserably.
