History
During the 2000 election (see President Evil), a child was engineered by Daniel Marlon and the Raincoat Corporation to contain the power of the W Force, the power to appoint kings and decide the outcome of contests. But Masterplan Lad stopped them, and placed the resulting child with a family whose fate ensured the child would never be anyone important – unless he made some really bad decisions...
Bad Judgment Boy is one of the characters Arthur created for a gag, and then other writers decided "Hey, this guy's useful", making him a recurring comedy LNHer.
During the 2016 election (see WikiLull), Evil Scientific Mastermind Brad Pitt and Shadowy Political Manipulator Brad Pitt certainly found him useful – as a pawn!
