History
During the 2000 election (see President Evil), a child was engineered by Daniel Marlon and the Raincoat Corporation to contain the power of the W Force, the power to appoint kings and decide the outcome of contests. But Masterplan Lad stopped them, and placed the resulting child with a family whose fate ensured the child would never be anyone important – unless he made some really bad decisions...
Bad Judgment Boy is one of the characters Arthur created for a gag, and then other writers decided "Hey, this guy's useful", making him a recurring comedy LNHer.
During the 2016 election (see WikiLull), Evil Scientific Mastermind Brad Pitt and Shadowy Political Manipulator Brad Pitt certainly found him useful – as a pawn! But the Brad Pitts disappeared during some battle or another, and when the dust cleared, Bad Judgment Boy was elected President of the Loonited States of Ame.rec.a.
In one timeline, he filled the LNHQ with hungry sabertooth tigers during a global plague. Once that was retconned, he was President during a global plague that turned you into a sabertooth tiger for two weeks, and sent the LNH-Readers-Who-Are-Sick-To-Death-With-These-Damn-Neverending-Events-Liberation Front to deal with it. After he was sucked up by DeltaKiwi Megantereon and spat back out, Bad Judgment Boy Red and Bad Judgment Boy Blue battled over the Presidency at the end of the 2020 election, with the latter standing triumphant.
Personality
Very clueless. Is often thoughtless, and kind of, or more than kind of, a jerk. Tends to be enthusiastic about his bad decisions.

Has the ability to consistently make terrible decisions that spark comedic or adventuresome consequences. An excellent watercolor painter. Head of the Executive Branch of the Ame.rec.an government and Commander in Chief of its armed forces.
